DECLARATION ON UNPAID/UNCLAIMED DIVIDEND
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 124(2) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 4(1) (g) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby declared that:
- The Company has not declared or paid any dividend since the Financial Year 2000-2001, as the Company has been incurring continuous losses.
- Accordingly, there are no unpaid or unclaimed dividends required to be transferred to the “Unpaid Dividend Account” or to be disclosed on the website of the Company.
- Consequently, there is no amount liable to be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
This declaration is made to ensure compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
